Came back to my room after a few hours away and my door was propped all the way open, not cracked open like I didn't latch it, propped completely open. Nothing appeared to be missing. Front receptionist told me either I left it open or the wind opened it. I asked how the wind could open it from the fourth floor and he said something about maybe a gust from the elevator... They did absolutely nothing to try to help me out other than giving me a new key. This was a huge security issue with your staff and your hotel. I will not be staying at another one of your hotels again.

I am a silver soon to be gold Accor member and this is the first time I've needed to provide a negative review. The hotel staff are inexperienced and rude. This is not what I've come to experience and expect from the Accor group. 1. Upon arrival - I was told the room I had booked was not an actual room option and I must go for a lower room option. I explained that I had booked this type of room direct via accor and had paid more for this type of room for what it offered. After a short phone call to housekeeping, it was established the room had already been set up as booked. So it appeared the receptionist didn't actually know what rooms were offered at the hotel. 2. This particular hotel for some reason allow Accor to take the payment for the room but then don't bill you. So if your account shows paid. It isn't as I discovered. 3. This is the first time I've ever had to ask for my drinks vouchers which weren't forthcoming. 4. I asked the receptionist to pre-authorise my card for drinks etc. This was never done so when I checked out I was required to pay for laundry directly and we couldn't put drinks at the bar on the room. 5. The bar staff didn't understand how to make a Port or the difference between types which is disappointing .... The hotel itself is modern, rooms are nicely decorated and clean. I wouldn't stay at the hotel again.

I really enjoy this hotel and your very nice staff. They see you every day and if they have time, they talk with you and ask if everything is good. So to stay here is a very good experience. Good food in your restaurant, room are very well taken care of. You always get a smile here.

Pros : Good location, cozy room, friendly staff, was able to find everything that I've needed for a stay, rooms are isolated very good, no sounds from rooms nearby, Cons : AC didn't worked properly, only opening a window helped to get temperature down in a room Bathtub is not very comfortable to take a simple shower. Staff tried to sell parking spot for a weekend in private parking lot , when parking is free in The most of The town.

Coming from the Kiel ferry by car, we were pleasantly met by the reception (fluent English). Helpful in explaining car parking and helpful in sorting out personal problems from our side. Room very spacious and clean, beds perfect. Breakfast complete with wide choice of food and drinks.
