Disgusting lack of care and understanding

Awful experience! Beyond disappointed at the lack of understanding when requesting a refund/cancellation. My Daughter suffered a ruptured ovarian cyst approx day before check in. Distressing as it is with drs record hospital records etc but no refund allowed, absolutely unacceptable. Disgusting.

Beautiful resort and spent the day at the beach with dinner onsite and a ghost walking tour. Food at the BoilerHouse was delicious and well priced. All the staff we interacted with were informative and lovely. What was frustrating was the couple in the next room had music playing until late and sat outside on the communal walkway talking loud, drinking and smoking (it’s a non smoking property) A disrespectful guest can really ruin the vibe

La posizione di questo resort è incredibile, a un passo da Manly, raggiungibile sia con navette del Qstation a intervalli orari predefiniti, sia con bus pubblico appena fuori dalla struttura. In meno di 10 minuti si arriva al Manly Wharf per poter prendere il traghetto e raggiungere in 15-20 minuti il Circular Quay e il downtown di Sydney. Inoltre, le navette shuttle interne sono continuamente attive per poterti spostare all'interno del resort stesso. La vista da ogni posizione del Qstation è meravigliosa sulla baia, con dei tramonti indimenticabili. Carina la spiaggetta, anche se l'acqua non era limpidissima, ma nei dintorni è pieno di spiagge. Colazione ottima, varia scelta e gentilezza del personale. Le attività extra sono molto interessanti, noi abbiamo fatto il Summer Sunset e anche il Ghost Tour Kids. Il posto in sé è anche ricco di storia, essendo il luogo ove venivano posti in quarantena i soggetti che arrivavano per mare, per cui il Ghost Tour ci ha illustrato vari edifici e incantato con le magiche storie. Sicuramente il Qstation è un resort in cui ci farebbe piacere ritornare.

Great location in authentic Australian bushland with lovely views. There ends the good news. Poorly trained staff that provide an inconsistent level of service. Night porter in particular as about as bad as they get. Our walk from accommodation to the breakfast hall was a 1.6 km round trip. Wait times for the shuttle bus varied between 11 mins and 32 mins. The rooms are sparsely furnitured and very basic. Ours was also in need of a very deep clean. Our bathroom was aged, and the mirror was at right angles to the basin so you had to lean over and look hard left to either put make up on (her) or have a shave (him).Breakfast was basic and did not reflect good value for money. We did the 1 hour historical tour which was led by a chap from the Azores. He had the best intentions as he hd been roped in from organising activities but it was haphazard and not worth the money. Everything felt it was been done on the cheap.

Scout Camp Accommodation. Maybe a good place for a conference but not a great place to say if you are exploring the national park. The rooms are not air-conditioned and there is a lack power points. Mobile phone service is almost non existent. The floor boards are loose and walls have not been acoustically treated. Some bright spark got the fire hose out and washed down the verandah so the verandahs and the carpet were soaked along with the external bathroom floor. There are no torches in the rooms so you MUST bring your own torch as there is minimal lighting and plenty of trip hazards. No umbrellas and 10 minute walk to the carpark. The staff are in need of further hospitality education. I wont be coming g back.
