Did you happen to mention your meal concerns with the team so that they could be addressed with the kitchen? It is awfully hard to rectify issues if not reported, this is also the same with maintenance issues, how can they be fixed if not mentioned.... I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Mantra, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. As standard checkin time is 2pm unless prior arrangement has occurred and all rooms have been checked by the supervisor, our team will generally not do early checkin. However I can see that you actually did check in at 1.35pm so an early checkin was granted. Our team are cross trained to assist in other areas of the property if required too, the receptionist would have been assisting other guests if the counter was unmanned at the time, we do have the sign on the counter and the team do come straight away when called. It is an unfortunate aspect of the industry we work in where people are hard to find and we have to do what we can with the people we have and this does sometimes mean that they are helping in other sections of the hotel We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
