Stayed 4 nights here and the cleaners would come in and make the bed and chamge towels but did not clean anything didn't take rubbish away and didn't even wipe down the table surfaces etc very poor Also too many vehicles in the parking lot out the front forced us to park in the multi parking which was a pain

On arrival I was charged for the two night stay. When in our room I realised that we hadn’t been given breakfast details, (as had been selected when making the booking). I went back to reception where breakfast was confirmed and directions given to the club next door. When checking out, I was then told that I hadn’t paid for breakfast (which I thought had been done when checking in). I was the given the choice of paying (approx) $90 (which I believe was the club charge) or $80 (as per the hotel costs). I replied, obviously I’ll take the cheapest option. It was just disappointing that I incurred another charge, after believing I had paid when checking in. Also, when booking, “free mineral water” was described in the package. However, only an empty glass bottle was available in the fridge (with just two coffee pods on the counter). When I mentioned the mineral water during checkout, I was told about the empty bottle being available in the fridge, to which I explained (and showed the booking details), wasn’t what I was expecting. I was also told that the same issues had been reported earlier that day. Plus, only one flannel was available in the bathroom. So generally, it wasn’t the best stay I’ve ever experienced.
