Adorei o hotel, é lindo.. Mas a limpeza é-o hotel é dos quartos é péssima o qu faz com que nunca mais queira voltar

- Ar condicionado durante a madrugada não fica frio, só vento. - chuveiro não teve água quente em um dos dias. - não há reposição de sabonete, - café da manhã, pelo nível do hotel, deveria ser muito melhor. O hotel tem tudo pra ser ótimo, é bonito, ainda está novo, tem uma praia perfeita, mas os pontos negativos acima pesam e eu não voltaria.

I apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay, including the air conditioning not cooling properly, lack of hot water in the shower, and no replenishment of soap. We understand how important these amenities are for a comfortable stay and will address these concerns immediately.
