Dear A., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to learn that your stay did not meet the standards you have come to expect from Accor, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We regret the issue with your room door lock and understand how frustrating it must have been to make several visits to Reception before the cause of the problem was identified. We also apologize that the repair was not completed to the standard expected, leaving the lock disassembled when you returned to your room. This is certainly not acceptable and has been addressed with our Maintenance team. We are equally sorry that your room had not been serviced by the time you returned in the evening. While our housekeeping service operates within scheduled hours, we fully acknowledge that, under the circumstances, your room should have received immediate attention once the maintenance work had been completed. We also regret that this was only resolved after you escalated the matter. Please be assured that your comments regarding the professionalism and attentiveness of our team have been shared with the relevant department heads. We take your feedback seriously and will use it as an opportunity to reinforce our service standards and improve the overall guest experience.
