It is always wonderful to know that our surroundings contributed positively to your stay. At Mondrian Ibiza, we are continually looking for ways to improve the guest journey, and your feedback is extremely valuable in helping us identify areas where we can do better. Regarding the taxi service, we work closely with a trusted local taxi company, allowing our Front Office and Bell teams to arrange taxis on demand for our guests. As taxis are dispatched specifically upon request, they will only arrive at the hotel when ordered and may occasionally stop at the designated collection point rather than directly in front of the entrance. We fully understand, however, that this process should be clearly communicated to avoid any confusion, and we will take your feedback on board to improve how this information is shared with our guests. Regarding your comments about the lifeguard service, we have shared your feedback with the relevant team, and it is currently being reviewed as part of our ongoing efforts to identify opportunities for improvement.
