I'm here for business. A hotel beyond my expectations. I started planning a vacation in August. The fact that the hotel is not big offers some advantages; like silence It has a large pool and there is nothing better than relaxing in the greenery. The beach is quite wide. It was clean and the water temperature was perfect. The food is delicious. I stayed on short notice, but I'm looking forward to getting in front of the computer as soon as possible to create my reservation.

Outstanding experience, this place is amazing. The staff are outstanding and the location is to doe for. You'll need a car to stay here. Mövenpick has a private beach, indoor pool and a fantastic terrace area. Service in the restaurant was a little slow, but the team were friendly enough. Only negative, they do not serve wine by the glass. This is one of my favourite hotels I've ever been too.

Before I start, I want to inform you that we are very experienced travellers who travelled around the world. therefore, we are very familiar with the hotels environment. Nice building, nice interior / exierior, good breakfast and nice reception staff (some incopetent) Now, where do I start. This hotel was without the worst managed 5* hotel I have ever seen through my 40 years of travel. It is the basic things that they could not manage. Restaurant staff : Have absolutely no clue how to serve guests. They leave you to pick up your cutlery, tissues etc. Most of them wear ribbed denim trousers – they looked awful. We went to the restaurant for a romantic evening, we ended up in a disaster evening. Waited 30 mins for somebody to come and take our order, I ended up going to the kitchen myself and bring of the waiters to our table. We, finally manage to order our food. Another 15 minutes went by, the waiter brought in the starter, the wine, side dishes and the main course in one ago. We couldn’t help laughing. Swimming Pool: Nice but too far to walk. It was located outside the boundary of the hotel serving a large residential area. Indoor Wellbeing centre: Couldn’t use it: Cold water swimming pool, unattended Sona, Steam room closed (not working) , two Thais women were totally not interested. Check Out: We have been charged over E 100 for adding item from Bar restaurant that we haven’t consumed. Thanks for our diligent for spotting the overcharges. I really felt sorry for rest of the hotel guests who have settled their bill without checking. Taxi: there wasn’t such a thing called Taxi. You order your taxi from the reception, but you get one of their mates comes in his old banger to take you to wherever you want. I have refused to ride on those cars as a- they have no a proper insurance for carrying passengers b- I am not paying money to get a ride in in an old banger. A 5* Should have a proper policy for taxi service rather this. It is no good just having a nice building but need a properly managed hotel My sincere advice to you is to avoid this one

This is a beautiful hotel with a large parking which make easier the parking. They have a beautiful and modern lobby area with a great coffee shop which we can order any hot or cold beverage. They also have a selection of cigars and a large spirits menu. The restaurant is huge and they have good menu. From the lobby you can enter the pool area which is nice. The staff are amazing and polite, proving you a great service . Definitely we will come back soon as it was a great experience.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very welcoming! I loved the SPA and the food was delicious! The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable! I would definitely come back! It is perfect for a weekend getaway or even doing a full beach holiday!
