Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness of your room and the friendliness of our team. We are sorry that you were unable to charge your electric vehicle during your stay. Our charging spaces are unfortunately limited, and while the charging service is provided free of charge to our guests, we cannot always guarantee availability during busy periods. We fully understand your frustration when charging spaces are occupied by vehicles that are not using the charging facilities. Unfortunately, we also have to deal with this type of inconsiderate behaviour, despite our efforts to encourage guests to use these spaces appropriately. As an alternative, the Clemenceau public underground car park, located directly opposite the hotel, is also equipped with electric vehicle charging stations.
