Wie bereits seit mehreren Wochen erwähnt,,,die Bundeswehr ist wichtiger als ein normalo Gast,,,so habe ich noch immer das Gefühl..Hauptsache die Bundeswehr hat Ihr Abendessen als normalo Gast hast Du Pech!!!da bekommt man nichts! finde ich sehr schade,,,aber wenn das die Philosophie vom Managment ist..... kenne ich nicht so,,,weil ich z.B, lange Zeit in Vilnius war 2024,,da war auch die Bundeswehr,,,aber da hat man Abends etwas zum Essen bekommen,,,und DAS MANAGMENT HAT MICH ANGESCHRIEBEN;WEIL ICH SCHON SO LANGE IN DIESEM HOTEL WAR;;;HAT DAS MANAGMENT VON SICH AUS MIR EINEN TOP PREIS GEGEBEN/HAUPT UND NEBENSAISON GETRENNT/ABER TOP PREIS:::HIER IN KAUNAS INTRESSIERT SICH NIEMAND FÜR EINEN NORMALO GAST

Empfang war gut sehr kompetenter mann an der rezeption. Wollte im hotel zu abend essen...ging leider nicht..man muss vorher reservieren.leider zählt die deutsche bundeswehr mehr als ein normaler gast.es gab nicht einmal einen snack...das finde ich sehr traurig.zimmerreinigung war nach der 5.nacht noch immer nicht da..nach 2 maligen nachfragen wurde endlich mein zimmer gereinigt.

Ich fragte nach streetart und mir wurden Stellen im Stadtplan eingezeichnet. Eine Mitarbeiterin schrieb mir den Name der Bushaltestelle auf, an der ich aussteigen sollte, um zur Burg zu gelangen.

Angenehme Atmosphäre und guter Service. Check-in und -out schnell und problemlos. Zimmer sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Frühstücksbuffet überschaubar, aber gut. Parkgelegenheit gleich neben Hotel. Trotz Lage an belebter Straße ruhig. Entfernung zur Altstadt noch fußläufig machbar. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlende Unterkunft.
