It was good experience to live in high profile hotel with good food and good customer services. Thanks to everyone out there who made my stay very much comfortable. Service is not high level as it should be. We have been requested to leave before the end of our reservation this happen only at your premises very regrettable séjour.

We are sorry for the inconvenience linked to the eviction which occurred following the requisition of the local authorities, during such events the hotel must imperatively comply with the requirements issued by the first officials of the city. we completely understand the inconvenience caused, we also had to work with our sister hotels in order to offer accommodation to all of our customers affected by this relocation which once again is outside the control and will of the hotel Please accept our most sincere apologies. Accor hotels are keen to offer you the best quality of service for your stays; therefore, your opinion is very valuable. Rest assured that the necessary measures will be implemented to improve the quality of the services mentioned.
