Wonderful stay at Mecure Resort Da Lat

We spent 5 days in the Premium Family Suite and found the room spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately, the patio/balcony did not have a view and was pretty much not useful. The weather also had an impact due to the on and off rain. Location is convenient and easily accessible to many of the attractions and cafes. Getting a taxi or grab was also convenient. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Check-in /Check-out was efficient. We were also able to get a late checkout which greatly appreciated due to our late flight. Daily breakfast was good and we utilized it a couple of days. A large spread of both Vietnamese and Foreign selections. Large selection of bakery items, juice and coffee. Because of the location of our room, we did not have to utilize the buggy service, except for one time when it was raining hard. Room service was also good, expect to pay regular hotel prices that are similar to foreign prices. Daily housekeeping was also very good. Overall we all enjoyed our experience and stay at Mecure and would stay here again.

We have been to Dalat and stay different hotels/ resorts . Very happy with Mercure treat . Nice friendly staff, nice decorated foyer … feel like overwhelmed welcome at Mercure Dalat…nice restaurant, nice coffee. happy to come back . Highly recommended by chambers family…

Wonderful ambiance

This hotel was built about 3 years ago. The Mercure brand is well known. The ambiance is simply gorgeous. I wish Da Lat as an entire region was better built. The rooms are further apart from the main lobby of the hotel and in order to reach the main lobby a golf cart and a driver must be called to transport you.

Beautiful French Resort

The resort is french style and very beautiful.I guess it should No.1 scene as resort in Dalat even someone is more expensive. Impressive breakfirst. we had a lot of choices. I tryed the pudding, banh and champagne. very good quality. Even you try the Mongo soothie in lobby bar, still suprise.

Had the best time everything was amazing and especially Ms Van she was extremely helpful. The breakfast and food was amazing all the staff were so helpful. The rooms were huge and beautiful felt like we were on the set of Wistetia Lane. Would definitely stay here again.
