We came to check in today and the staff members was very nice and friendly but we also got to talk to one of the other staff that I think has some higher position than the first girl and she was not friendly at all and wasn’t welcoming not smiling and that really threw us off making us not want to come back again.

Cool place for a visting trip in Dalat. Very easy to go everywhere cause located in city center. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Vinh & Dang, they are very hospitality. Making us felling at home. We will come back for next trip.
