Beatiful place, comfortable

Very good hotel in term of place, decoration. Good customer service. However, need to improve food. Food need to be kept warm, especially soup, it is too cold and not good taste. Need to improve vietnamese food.

Most Exceptional Mercure Hotel I have ever stayed

This is most exceptional Mercure Hotel I have ever stayed in past 15+ years travelling globally in Accor Hotel. The staff are Too friendly and we really felt very much at home. One of our friends (Benjamin) who fell during the trip was cared well by the team and they took extra miles to send him to hospital to do Xray with even taxi paid by the hotel. Something never happened to me in all Mercure hotels across the world. This hotel shall be rated 6* in terms of people touch, services and beautiful facilities. Special thanks to Ms Van, duty manager and her great team in assisting our room change, baggage movement and room upgrading. Also appreciation to the restaurant manager (forget the lady name) who has taken extra miles to accomodation my dietary requirement although the restaurant is short of staff. My friend Benjamin personally insisted that he want to pay high respect and appreciation to the inhouse nurse (Ms Hoa) in providing medical help and facitated to get him to hospital. Surely we will come back again if we are in Dalat. Great job to this fatanstic team led by Frank Weiss (Resort GM) who met us later. I always believe good soldiers must be having a good general behind.
