An attractive shiny clean hotel with a very friendly and welcoming aura.The team who is working there is the most welcoming, warm and friendly! Very tasty breakfasts and dinners. Very close to the beach - 3 or 4 minutes walk. Comfy beds. Very good air-conditioner. Cousy balconies where you can spend some time with your friends..Highly recommended!

I really want to recommend this hotel to everyone especially adults that search for a relaxing quiet and amazing hotel. The food is amazing starting with the breakfast and closing with the dinner. They have diversified food that are extremely delicious (also for vegans vegetarians and kids), also everything is perfectly clean,the swimming pool area very well maintained they offer you sunbed towels. Extremely beautiful on the terrace . The personal very friendly welcoming and nice. The bathrooms were so futuristic and elegant . We will definitely come back next year again.

everything was okay but we had bed bugs in our bed and now we have masses of bites, for such a hotel it is unacceptable and indicative of a poor cleaning team at the hotel, i would choose another hotel next time. the hotel manager should select the right staff to ensure the comfort of the guests and the rooms

Great location, excellent value for money and Staff were really helpful. Staff went out of their way to understand and provide a western service level. Hotel has everything you need - easy access to the Casino and Beach. The hotel is in the North of Varna but taxis allow access to the whole of Varna City. I have to say the food and wine in Varna was first class.

After a thorough research we have chosen this hotel because of good reviews. The hotel is very clean, bright and with an amazing customer service attitude from all staff members (except the lifeguard at the swimming pool who was not very pleasant). We had a few issues in the room on the first day, but they were attended at the same minute we told and resolved very quickly. Our stay was smooth and pleasant. We loved the fact that the hotel was not big and there were no activities or program - just a place to rest.
