В номерах пол не помыт. Ноутбук покрылся пылью уже к концу дня. В ресторане не завтраке на полу валяется картофель фри, при этом меню завтрака его н ет. Это значит, что с ужина не помыли пол.

Комфортно, удобные номера, учли пожелания о совмещённых номерах, чисто, удобная регулировка освещения, приятный отель. Недостатки: тусклое освещение номера, не работал хамам.

В целом пребывание в отеле оставило скорее положительное, но сдержанное впечатление. Отель комфортный, с хорошим расположением и понятной логикой пространства, проживание было спокойным и без бытовых проблем. При этом ожидания от пятизвёздочного отеля изначально были выше — прежде всего по уровню сервиса и общей атмосфере. Сервис воспринимается как неравномерный и недостаточно функциональный для заявленной категории. Формально всё корректно, но не хватает проактивности, скорости и гибкости. В пятизвёздочном отеле сервис должен быть интуитивным, предвосхищать запросы гостя и экономить его время, тогда как здесь во многих ситуациях инициативу приходилось брать на себя. Интерьеры аккуратные и ухоженные, однако выглядят скорее нейтрально, чем изысканно. Хотелось бы более выразительных, эстетичных и продуманных интерьерных решений, которые подчёркивают статус отеля и создают ощущение уровня. Сейчас интерьер выполняет свою функцию, но не формирует того визуального и эмоционального впечатления, которое ожидаешь от отеля 5★. В итоге можно сказать, что отель в целом неплохой, проживание комфортное, но чувствуется разрыв между заявленной категорией и фактическим уровнем сервиса и среды. Более изысканные интерьеры и действительно высокий, функциональный сервис позволили бы отелю в полной мере соответствовать своему статусу и ожиданиям гостей.
