Прекрасное расположение отеля, в пару минут ходьбы станция Мармарай, торговая улица с ресторанами и кафе, музей и набережная. В отеле просторное лобби где можно пообщаться, доброжелательный и компететный персонал, великолепный разнообразный завтрак, номера комфортабельные, чистые и уютные, постель комфортная. Обязательно вернемся к вам вновь!

В номерах пол не помыт. Ноутбук покрылся пылью уже к концу дня. В ресторане не завтраке на полу валяется картофель фри, при этом меню завтрака его н ет. Это значит, что с ужина не помыли пол.

Комфортно, удобные номера, учли пожелания о совмещённых номерах, чисто, удобная регулировка освещения, приятный отель. Недостатки: тусклое освещение номера, не работал хамам.
