Shout out to Sophia at the beach club for helping me find my phone, which had fallen out of my bag on a walk down the beach, using a feature on her phone that I didn’t realize Apple offered. She saved me at least $1000 and did it with a smile. I’m so grateful! Every other Faena employee I interacted with at the beach was great, too. I go to the beach with a friend who is a Rose club member, and after this delightful experience I will recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Miami, and I’ll recommend the Rose club to Miami residents too.

Just the best hôtel in the whole world!

Faena id the best hotel I’ve been to so far and I’ve been almost everywhere It’s always a treat to stay at the hotel, to enjoy the spa, the beach and a nice cocktail at the living room with live music. Can’t wait to come back longer

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The team didn’t just provide great service… they paid attention. Every small, thoughtful touch made it clear they weren’t just doing a job, they were creating an experience. Chairs were always perfectly set, timing felt effortless, and we never had to ask twice for anything. What stood out most was how personal everything felt. It wasn’t generic resort hospitality. It felt human, intentional, and warm. That kind of service changes the entire tone of a trip, and it absolutely did for us. Huge thank you to the beach team for making our time there memorable. We can’t wait to come back.

I just visited the Faena Miami Beach, this was my first stay and not my last . I never really stayed on The beach because I loved staying in another part of Miami. Wow was I impressed and thinking what took me so long to get to the Faena. I had many recommendations so I acted on it and will never look back . When I walked into the beautiful lobby there are giant paintings on all the walls and it would take a week to sit and study the details and beauty of each wall. Then when I entered the smaller lobby to check in I felt like I entered into a magical and wonderful place. I could not wait to see my room. The welcome from all of the staff from the valet to the front desk were friendly and professional and seemed like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. The room was amazing on the 5tj floor rooms 514. Highly recommend this room for its convenience views and beauty . So much better than I could have ever expected. I was so excited to go grab a bite at the Tree of Life and sit outside among the beautiful decor and natural beauty. It was delish. Shrimps tacos and guacamole and wonderful staff I could go on and on but I will stop here
