I stayed at this hotel before leaving for a cruise. The hotel lobby was nice, the pool area, onsite restaurant and bar were nice. The rooms could use a little make over especially the carpet it was a tad dingy looking and worn. The bed could also use a new mattress top. The housekeeper just kept knocking on the door early in the morning check out wasn’t until 12. We felt a little rushed to leave. A few fast food places were in walking distance, there was also a Publix near by. All in all I would rate this hotel a 7 out of 10.

The reception was crowded when we arrived with only one person at check in. I was with a group 8 work colleagues and arrived around 9pm to the hotel. After a long wait, I was checked in and told I was upgraded to a suite due to my status with Accor. Likewise another colleague. Then two of the team were checked in. The other four were told that due to the recent storms and some damaged rooms, they were being accommodated at the nearby Hilton and to wait!! Why on earth was t this communicated to us before arrival? The four of us with rooms went and all agreed how old the rooms were and how filthy they were. Behind the bed check which we all did, it appears no one had cleaned there for years. The rooms smelt. The suite was in desperate need of renovation and should at best be called a larger room! The bathroom prehistoric! After showering we were hungry and decided to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. It was closed! The only option an awful bar area with terrible and unedible food that should not be called food and service that does not command a service charge! There was also a prom happening with loud music everywhere and screaming young teenagers running havoc around the hotel. Again why wasn’t this communicated before? On the early morning check out the next day the only front desk staff member on duty really could not be bothered to do a thing! This hotel should be avoided at all costs!

I stayed here during a long overnight layover at the airport and would certainly consider it again. They offer a shuttle from outside the terminal which, although not advertised or signposted very well, worked fine, operating from the early hours until late into the evening. Checking in was a breeze and my top floor room had some nice views towards the city. The room itself was huge, despite being an entry level offering. There was plenty of seating and storage, plus everything was clean. The bed was massive with a bedside table at both sides, but electric sockets were only available on the desk. Bottled water and a coffee machine was present along with effective air-conditioning and a large TV. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and a decent enough size, but annoyingly there was no hot water from the shower in the morning. One of the reasons I picked the hotel was for the outdoor pool area which was indeed a great place to relax. They state it closes it in the early evening but there were people using it much later and the bar inside were happy to provide plastic glasses to take outside well into the night. Overall it worked well for what I needed and I’d consider staying again when I need to be easily near the airport.

I have just returned from two nights at the Pullman at Miami Airport. The customer service there was superb. I am an aircraft enthusiast and Larisa on reception went out of her way to make sure that I had the best possible room to view the airport. The room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The ambience of the hotel is superb. It is also in walking distance of a Publix and a number of restaurants.

Good location being a 5 minute Uber trip from the airport and walking distance from restaurants and shops. Room was spacious and quiet but in need of a refurbishment. Beds were terrible and sagged in the middle. Staff were friendly. Would stay again if they sorted the beds out.
