I ended up hosting a meeting for Leadership team of my company in Miami. Travel team suggested Novotel as one of the options I ended up choosing due to convenient location, appealing interior and rooms as well as wonderful skyline view meeting room. Everyone was thrilled by the design, interior and service in the hotel. On top of this, hotel catering for our meeting was super tasteful and management absolutely phenomenal to support (Arianna Munoz, Catering and Meeting services) and Lizz from AV team. THANK YOU again for making our team meeting so memorable (and me as a host successful).

Great location, great decor, great people!

The location is perfect. The design is chique, rooms and decor are great. Breakfast was fantastic, in true European style. I want to highlight George Hunt's service after we left. Unfortunately, we received a trade-in package after our departure and had asked for help. A few weeks later, George helped me go through the step-by-step trade-in, telling me exactly what he was doing and shippingGrea the package out for me. I really appreciate his patience and help during the process. This, to me, is going the extra mile. So great stay and great people at Novotel!

I have stayed at Novotel twice now on my visits from the UK. I have to say every single one of the staff at this hotel are top dollar. So friendly, attentive and professional. From the front desk reception, to the staff in the restaurant, the housekeeping team and the bar staff up in the rooftop bar. I have travelled as a single female as used it as a base before meeting with friends in Miami for y besties 60th birthday. I loved it so much I brought my husband back there when we needed a post cruise base for a few days rest before heading back to the UK. He agreed, its a great place. Its clean, spacious, safe and just first class. One both occasions I had the pleasure of dealing with Waseem who I think is responsible for guest services and he really does take his role seriously, nothing was too much trouble for him and when I came back with my husband he upgraded us to a corner view room as the hotel wasnt too busy. Such a star! Walking downtown to the various restaurants is really easy, its close to a useful big supermarket and liquor store. Also very close to the skytrain that takes you downtown brickell and across to places like bayside. Also do visit Simpson park which if you look over the side of the hotel when up in the rooftop bar is the green area, its every interesting, and a nice place for a little walk, there is also a visitors centre in there where you can learn about the history of the park I highly recommend Novotel Brickell, you wont be disappointed. Whether you are there for a day/night or even a week. Im back in Miami over Chridtmas but booked late and couldnt get a room (in my budget) so not staying there this year bit I will certainly be back! Thanks Waseem and all of your excellent team!

They make you feel like it's home. The staff in Miami has always been so professional but treat you like family. Been coming here for over 5 years for business and it's always a great experience. Very accommodating. Especially the restaurant staff, Victor, Alejandro and Isabella all have gotten to know my coffee order and go above and beyond to make sure I have what I need.

Very Underwhelming. For the price it’s not worth it. There wasn’t even a microwave in our room. The wifi and phone reception was AWFUL. and there’s a LOUD train right outside the hotel that you can hear while you’re on the pool. There’s a lot of construction going on and it’s VERY loud. Not to mention we were walking back from Brickell city center and almost got jumped by a homeless man. And the reason we booked this hotel was because we thought it was in a safe area but NO. It’s right outside the very nice area and it’s very sketchy. I don’t recommend staying here unless it’s your last resort.
