Incredible experience during check in with Luis. He was quick to help me and my husband with our bags. He helped my husband find his phone, and was incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Highly recommend both the Faena as a hotel and Luis as a friend during your stay. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Eddie from in-house dining was so helpful. He wasn’t able to collect my CC details over the phone and there was a glitch with the system and I wanted to send a bottle of champagne to my friend for her bday. He called me back and sent one on the house so that she would have it in time. Thank you Eddie!
