At this point, I would like to highlight that the reason for the delay was the complimentary upgrade that was offered to you to a villa with a pool. We do value our loyal guests, and since our availability allowed us to offer you a Dune Villa with a private pool, we were happy to do so. If we knew that the slight delay would have a negative impact on your experience, we would have ensured that the initial room category would have been assigned to your reservation.
