Ein großartiger Aufenthalt mit perfektem Service! Besonders hervorzuheben sind die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, das köstliche Frühstück mit frischen Säften und das Abendessen auf hohem Niveau. Unsere Suite war komfortabel und dank Accor-Status erhielten wir ein tolles Upgrade. Die Aussicht vom Hotel, die großzügige Poollandschaft mit riesigen Liegen sowie die stilvolle Atmosphäre im Empfangsbereich haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit kleinen Mankos. Zimmer ringhörig, kein beheizbarer Pool und ziemlich mühsamer Badetuch Service.

Personal freundlich aber immer wieder überfordert. Hotel für kühle Temperaturen nicht gemacht. Es musste mit einem mobilen Heizgerät das Zimmer gewärmt werden. Immer wieder spezielle Weine ausgetrunken und nicht verfügbar. Das zweite Restaurant wurde geschlossen und Hotelgäste und lokale Restaurantgäste wurden in einem Restaurant zusammengelegt (extrem laut und eng und dazu erst Wein ab 20:00 wg der muslimischen Gäste) Zwei Baustellen (Poolbar und ein Flügel des Restaurants) obwohl die Hotelbeschreibung sagt - in 2024 komplett renoviert. Hotelpool sehr kalt und in keinem guten Zustand (hunderte Mosaikfliesen fehlen)

Hello Mr K., Thank you for your feedback and comments. We would like to provide some clarifications regarding the points you raised. Our hotel has centralized heating that operates either in heating mode or air conditioning mode. To ensure that you are comfortable in your room, we also provide a supplementary heater for our guests when necessary. Regarding the wines, we offer a wide selection. When a wine is temporarily unavailable, it is usually due to pending delivery. We have three restaurants: the pool restaurant is currently closed for renovations. To compensate, we have opened the “Du Squid” restaurant continuously from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM à la carte, and for dinner, we offer our varied buffet at the Zaytoun Restaurant from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM. However, during the Ramadan period, and in respect of the fasting observed in our country, alcohol is not available before 8:30 PM in our restaurant. We also have the Soul Restaurant à la carte, open from 7:00 PM to midnight. Additionally, room service is available 24/7. Finally, our pools are not heated, as specified in the hotel description. Wir haben uns in dem schönen und gepflegten Balkonzimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Housekeeping war äußerst aufmerksam und gewissenhaft. Die Sauberkeit des ganzen Hauses ist besonders gewesen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, gut und wird fortlaufend sehr aufmerksam gepflegt. Das Buffetessen abends ist gut aber nicht besonders. Das Essen im Restaurant Soul war sehr gut. Der Service in allen Restaurants, der Bar und im Poolbereich war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Weinauswahl ist sehr gut und preislich in Ordnung. Besonders die marokkanischen Weine haben uns in Qualität und Preis positiv überrascht. Im Fitnessstudio haben wir es vermisst, dass keine Handtücher für die Nutzer angeboten werden. Dies wurde auch bei Nachfrage nicht ermöglicht und mit Unverständnis abgetan. Damit war für uns der Bereich Fitness und SPA (hier ist der Fitnessbereich gelegen) uninteressant.
