Perfect holiday with room, pool, beach, food and beverage and esprcially service. Thanks to all stuff and management for this amazing experience.

Our stay at Rixos belek was nothing less than excellent! The whole experience started as soon as we landed with the premium transfer from thw airport, got to the villa and our concierge was waiting there for us with flowers and champagne. Everyday we had full support from the staff and they were so so helpful and allways with a smile on their faces!!!! Food amazing, loads of activities for children and adults too. There is absolutly nothing I can complain about! Many many thanks to the amazing staff that made our holiday perfect!!! Will sure come back next year!

Incredible holiday! We stayed in one of the villas at Club Prive by Rixos Belek and had an outstanding stay. From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like VIPs — they anticipated our every need and happily organized everything we asked for, from restaurant bookings and private cabanas to excursions. The highlight was my son’s 11th birthday: the team filled our villa with balloons and planned a full, fabulous day at Land of Legends with special experiences that made him feel so special. In the evening we enjoyed a lively plate‑smashing dinner at the Greek restaurant — a fun, authentic touch that capped off a wonderful day. Everyone we met was warm, professional and eager to help, which made our stay effortless and truly relaxing. I highly recommend as it’s a perfect family‑friendly resort. A huge thank you to Alena and Rasul, we will be back next year.

Our group of 9 adults and 2 children, including 4 vegans plus one adult and one child allergic to dairy, eggs, and soy, recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and Club Privé. We spent 5 nights at Rixos Premium Belek and our final 2 nights in a villa at Club Privé, so this review reflects experiences from both properties. The service and vegan options improved noticeably when we moved to the Club Privé side. Pre-Arrival Communication We contacted the hotel 9 months before our trip after reading a previous review where vegan guests had not been particularly satisfied. We wanted to ensure the hotel could accommodate our group's vegan dietary needs and learn whether they had improved their processes. The responses we received were mostly vague without any concrete improvements mentioned. The typical response was to contact our holiday assistant upon arrival. For example, our request for vegan ice cream options was not addressed in any way. Guest Services Upon arrival, the hotel created a WhatsApp group for our party with a dedicated holiday assistant. The service through this channel was excellent: fast, friendly, and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. Breakfast The main buffet breakfast was fast and efficient but had a limited vegan selection. Club House, the Club Privé side restaurant, offered very good breakfast quality but service was quite slow, particularly on the first day when only one vegan received their meal on time and several orders never arrived. We had to order multiple times and take the final dishes to go. Lunch and Dinner The main buffet restaurant offered adequate vegan main courses, though protein options were limited. However, we connected with an Indian chef at the buffet who prepared excellent Indian dishes for us on several evenings. Club House restaurant was a pleasant surprise, featuring a dedicated vegan main course menu with diverse protein options. À la Carte Restaurants We dined at two à la carte restaurants, Z'Asya (Asian) and Mykorinos (Greek), informing them of our dietary requirements in advance through our holiday assistant. Z'Asya handled our group exceptionally well. At Mykorinos, while the vegan appetizers were excellent, they were not prepared for vegan main courses and could only offer side dishes (french fries, rice, and broccoli), which was disappointing. The restaurant did prepare a good vegan birthday cake for our celebration, which we had pre-ordered through our holiday assistant. Desserts Vegan dessert options were very limited. Initially, when I asked what they could prepare, the staff wanted specific requests, and most of my suggestions were declined. I eventually resorted to sending vegan recipes through our holiday assistants, which resulted in good pancakes and churros, though this required considerable effort on my part during vacation. Critical Food Safety Issue Some buffet items were incorrectly labeled as vegan despite containing animal products. We encountered several dishes that were marked as vegan, but when we verified, they turned out to contain eggs and milk. A chef acknowledged that the labels are not always accurate and advised checking ingredients regardless of markings. Although we reported this labeling issue during our first days, the labels were not corrected during our week-long stay. Incorrect allergen labeling is a serious error with potentially severe consequences and is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Overall Impression While the vegan food quality did not always meet the expectations we had for a hotel of this standard, especially given our active communication with the hotel throughout the 9 months prior to our trip, we were overall very satisfied with both properties. The diverse environment, extensive activity offerings (though the outdoor functional fitness area would have benefited from barbells, especially since weight plates were already available), and varied food selection made for an excellent stay.

Overall, I have to say this is one of the best experiences I've had in a hotel. From the beginning right through to the very end, we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We were picked up in a lovely taxi which then took us to our villa. The villa itself was very nice with access to a pool, and we were immediately greeted with flowers. We had a very late night flight but they made us feel very welcome and sorted out our check-ins straight away at the villa itself. We were also able to get room service, and there was access to the club villa to be able to have food whenever we wanted. The service didn't stop here. They had pre-booked us restaurant bookings in the evenings throughout our stay, and we were able to get transport throughout the complex using the buggies. On top of that, all the food was very good and we could get food whenever we wanted. They also went the extra mile by allowing us to be able to use the netball courts even very late at night. I specifically remember Miriam who went far beyond my expectations in order to make sure that we had fully inflated netball balls! The kids absolutely loved their experience, and we would certainly consider coming back. I almost forgot to mention the Land of Legends access was brilliant, and we ended up going twice during our stay. I would highly recommend the Rixos. I had previously stayed at the Rixos in Abu Dhabi and found it equally impressive, especially for the children.
