I am pleased to read that your overall experience was pleasant, however, we remain attentive to your comment about the inconvenience caused by outside noise and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Moreover and for information, the 5-star hotel criterion requires our teams to speak 3 foreign languages, including English. Our staff speak English, German, Spanish and of course French. We regret to read of your disappointment that none of our staff were able to express themselves in your mother tongue.
