Hotel ben tenuto, con personale gentile dalla reception all housekeeping! Sebbene all’inizio i dintorni dell’hotel ci hanno lasciato perplessi, la zona è davvero l’ideale per lasciare l’auto nel parcheggio e proseguire l’esplorazione della città a piedi. L’hotel è giusto all’ingresso della zona pedonale, a 3 minuti dalle vie principali. Il parcheggio è grande e collegato all’hotel con l’ascensore, ma con le auto di grosse dimensioni bisogna stare attenti: spazi di manovra risicati e posteggi piccoli. Camere confortevoli, recenti con letto comodo. Un po’ trascurate le tende con qualche macchia di troppo ma dipende dai clienti… Colazione con buona varietà e qualità.

L'albergo è ben situato, a due passi dal vecchio centro. Ottima colazione con tanta scelta di cibo ottima qualita. Camere pulite e tranquille.

Siamo state due notti presso questa struttura e siamo state da Dio. Una colazione meravigliosa, lo staff gentile ed accorto. Posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro, nel vero senso della parola.

Accoglienza scorbutica e poco collaborativa. Dimensioni della camera adeguate alla posizione centrale, letto e cuscino comodi, bagno funzionale dove il vetro di protezione della doccia è un po' piccolo, è facile bagnare per terra. L'insonorizzazione è buona anche verso la strada. Colazione varia e di buona qualità a parte le uova strapazzate che hanno un aspetto "polveroso" poco naturale.

La ringraziamo per aver condiviso il suo feedback. Siamo felici che abbia apprezzato il comfort del letto e del cuscino, la funzionalità del bagno, la buona insonorizzazione e la varietà della colazione. Ci dispiace sapere che l’accoglienza al check-in e il servizio ricevuto non siano stati all’altezza delle sue aspettative. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per visitare Colmar e siamo stati benissimo!!! A pochi passi dal centro, con parcheggio pubblico di fronte, camera superior stupenda e pulita. Consigliatissimo!!!
