We were there with my family for aweek .amazing amusment park with big carousel .it opened till midnight.this place good for russian people .almost all of them talk russian language.and nice infinity pool.the sun at summer sunset at 9pm.very special place with nice room that has balcony.

“My experience at Rixos Aktau was far below expectations. The hotel felt more like a 4-star rather than a true 5-star. The minibar was not refilled daily, and room cleaning was often delayed. Bathroom hygiene was poor, and the public restrooms near the pool were not properly maintained. The main pool had a rough cement floor with salty water, which was very uncomfortable, and the beach was not suitable for swimming at all. Food variety was extremely limited and the quality was low, while the alcoholic drinks served were very poor. The entertainment program lacked any real variety and was honestly boring. Overall, this hotel cannot be compared to Rixos Antalya in any way.”

stayed a full week at the hotel on 3rd floor , room was nice & new , huge bed & couldnt complain about room , although there is serious problem with air condition , it wont stop automatically & make the room cold & you cant change the direction of it either , we were 6 in 3 rooms & all rooms had the same issue , even resturant was always too cold food was moderate , could have been much better in diversity & better tastes as well at breakfast it wasnt any scramblled egg , any kind of bacon ... at lunch & dinner the same was remaning although they had some better options in some days , snack bar didnt have significant options to offer , overally i will give 5-6 out of 10 to food & not more there is not much of evening entertainment , we had a red party , a show which was called pool party , & 2-3 night of live music , it was not much to keep you entertained , the same was during the day either , entertaiment programs could you been better the main focus of hotel was waterpark & theme park , theme park was great for all ages indeed , we mostly used it in the evening to be less crowded waterpark was always more crowded we went on sunday & monday & it is over crowded & we prefered to return , there was zero space ,but on wednesday it was much better , but believe me these 2 parks were heaven for kids if you are not russian or Kazakhstani you will SUFFER alot , because almost no one can speak english , you can imagine how hard is to communicate in this situation there were 2 alacarte resutrants , lezzet & memaid & we had dinner at both , both were good & staff were more professional there either & they could speak in english way much better than all other people at the hotel Regarding staff , half of them were finding it hard to just make a smile but others were good , some people were great , like AINUR at omlet station , ANKIET at Bar , MURAT at lezzet resutrant , Anastasya the trainer weather was windy in almost mid aug , so should be careful too , lots of people caught cold there regarding pools , there was a huge pool for everyone , infinity , outstanding view but temp was cold , the other was for adults called relaxed pool which was temp controlled, i think kids matters more & main pool should be temp controlled either , Am i right ?

The restaurant was one of the best, the rooms was great but ac unit wasn’t working properly but yeah, foood was good, service was quite good, it had a bad sides and good sides, and about good sides - especially thanks for a minibar worker Merey for a comfortable service and nice drinks
