Dear Mr. C., Thank you very much for your precious time to share with us all your feedback. It saddens to me that you experienced a less than perfect experience whilst staying at our hotel. I have passed your comments to the housekeeping department and rest assured we have a full investigation to find out where the shortfalls accrued. Also, I am so sorry to hear about your feedback on variety provided in breakfast which I totally understood your frustration. I had brought this up to our food & beverage department to review and make the necessary changes for quality & variety improvement.
