Not really sure why the hotel gets 5 * reviews, we found the receptionists cold and unhelpful, the breakfast situation was terrible, constantly running out of bowls etc and the coffee queue was ridiculous . The hot water boiler never worked so tea drinkers had to queue at coffee machine. Be aware of the road noise which was terrible, the room was very hot and when you opened the window you may as well have been on the street. Also the shower leaked badly. We missed out on dinner on NYE , as they had ‘Emailed’ us to book which they hadn’t.. and they were not helpful as to where we could eat.Overall not impressed for the price we paid.

Great hotel for a stay in Seville

Good location - took about 20 mins to walk to the centre but lots to see on the way through the narrow streets. Staff very welcoming - luggage storage in a secure room which is useful to have when a later flight home. The room we were given the first night was right on the junction of two streets and with the window open (as it was hot in the room) it was quite noisy but explained the issue at reception and it was quickly resolved by being moved to a room facing the courtyard. Cold and hot water available on all floors - we bought teabags, milk and some disposable mugs and it worked out perfectly for making a hot drink. Breakfast was very good - fresh fruit, some cooked options, cereal and the bread was amazing. Selection of juices, hot drinks and croissants/ pastries. Lots of cold meats and cheeses available too and we had no issue finding somewhere to sit. We would recommend this hotel as a good option for Seville and found the price very reasonable. If you are getting the airport bus back at the end of your stay, leave the hotel turn left - cross over the road so you are on the other side of the street and keep walking straight up towards the station. At the next junction there is a large supermarket opposite on the road to your right and the bus stop is located in front of it!

Very good IBIS Styles hotel

Five nights at this very good IBIS Styles Hotel. Location is good, many bars, cafés and restaurants around. Also MAS grocery store near. Some 20 to 25 minutes walking distance to the city center and for example The Real Alcazar. The main railway station is also near. Nice and spacious room, comfortable beds. Good breakfast but very busy and noisy. This is a big hotel, so many guests at the same time at breakfast. But friendly service. Very friendly and easy going service at the reception. We got all the information what we needed. I had some health problems and I had to meet a doctor. I got good advice, there is a private hospital and emergency very near. This is a good hotel choice in Seville!

Top class IBIS for a change

What a nice place, like really much better than most of the Mercure and Novotel's across Spain. Pros: 1. On arrival staff was super friendly, had colouring bag and colours for kid, very open and welcoming people. So many good tips. 2. Welcome present was the most thoughtful some local jam, magnet, etc.. 3. Rooms are styled very nicely and are spacious for an Ibis. I think the view was one of the best advantage. 4. The rooftop pool at an IBIS, what else can you expect. Fresh towels at the bar. Amazing views. 5. Welcome drinks were some basic drinks but the bartender offered tintodevino and was splendid. 6. Toilet and bathroom were spotless, clean and well equipped for an IBIS. Ample of shower space. 7. The sofa bed and the main bed were extremely comfortable and pillows weren't too high 8. Common areas are ample and easy to work in, they also have an outdoor area within the hotel with a fooseball table. 9. Water fountains are at each floor, such an added and underrated benefit. 10. All the staff was super kind but the girl with dark curly hair at the reception was super interactive with all clients and really knows customer service well, kudos to her. Cons: 1. I wish they do something with the breakfast, its like bread and a lot of other bad options, they really need to work on some fresh cut fruits, at least make there omelette with potatoes in the hotel, so its not hard. It was all a big let down. Really hope they work on this and make some patatas bravos, some vegetarian and vegan options, some sauce veggies or even some basic olives, grapes, etc would be nice. 4 types of cheese is bit too much. All images of the hotel are exactly as on the site no photoshop, this was such pleasant surprise and I hope someday I shall return to this one again.

It has been a very good experience. Location is good. You can walk anywhere. The room is nice. Good bathroom and comfortable bed. There is a secure parking. Also there is a nice pool at the top floor.
