Un moment de déconnection dans la nature verdoyante de cet hôtel. Visite du château tous les matins et ballade dans l’immensité du parc. Les standards de Fairmont sont respectés pour la qualité de son personnel sympathique et professionnel notamment Alexandre et Lefti du Morisson room et Pierre 🥰 du carriage house. Le programme All est aussi respecté et considéré par l’hôtel. Deux points faibles : les produits du petit déjeuner sont très inférieurs à ceux de son voisin du Pantry….et pas de scones… La piscine et son nettoyage dans les vestiaires ne sont pas à la hauteur du lieu niveau standing et décoration assez cheap. Les restaurants sont incroyables et le le séjour formidable.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans ce très bel hôtel. Retiré dans un immense parc, cet ancien château est absolument incroyable. 2 parties, une ancienne, où nous étions, une récente (pas de vue sur le parc) où se situe la piscine et le spa. Nous étions dans la chambre the winter. Spacieuse, déco de château. Vieux parquet splendide. Par contre, très peu de rangements, juste 1 petite armoire... vue impressionnante sur le parc et le golf. Ouha! Salle de bain petite. Literie top. Petit déjeuner pas mal, mais nous avons vu mieux. Personnel à l’écoute, sympathique et agréable. Le bar est très agréable aussi pour faire une pause après une longue journée de balade. Par contre, cet hôtel est loin des hauts lieux touristiques d’Irlande, même s’ est possible de visiter de belles choses pas si loin.

Lussuoso e attento il servizio. Camere accoglienti e bagni bellissimi. Godibilissima la spa. Location fiabesca. Personale gentilissimo. Cena eccezionale nella cucina del castello. Davvero un posto magico che vale ogni centesimo. Consigliatissimo !

Le personnel était très agréable. La chambre était confortable et cosy. à savoir toutefois: la plupart des chambres ne sont pas dans la partie ancienne "historique" de Carton House, mais dans un bâtiment plus moderne situé à côté. Nous avons apprécié nous balader dans le domaine et au bord de la rivière. Nous avons aussi fait un tour avec les vélos mis gentiment à la disposition des clients par l'hôtel. Le spa était aussi très agréable. Le petit déjeuné était formidable.
