My and my fiance came for a visit. And the nearest to the airport we found Novotel hotel. I have been to many Accor properties and coming here was just 2 days stay. But we really enjoyed. The breakfast buffet, the staff at reception and overall we really enjoyed well. Special thanks to Yousef from Housekeeping. He was really friendly kind, best service from him. Hopefully will visit again and come back to muscat.

We went for breakfast and pool access ...it was wonderful and very nice ................... Friendly staff ..... Food was very nice ..... Pool was clean and nice..... Children enjoyed there day ...... Thanks for all for make our day ☺️.....

Nice delicious food buffet. Hotel is clean and quiet. Room is clean and housekeeping staff are polite. Ginger dining staff Ellaine, John, Chitra and Manuel Thank you for excellent service. I love the food, ambiance and the good staff service. Gym is nice and hotel reception are good also. Thanks Novotel
