Hotel wymaga odświeżenia, housekeeping nie zapewnia wymaganej ilości ręczników dla gości w jednym pokoju, problemy z ciepłą wodą, przykry zapach papierosów jest maskowany dyfuzorami zapachu, dość ciasny i pełny parking hotelowy, brak basenu. Z drugiej strony jest jednak pyszne i urozmaicone śniadanie, przyzwoity internet, komfortowe i czyste łóżka.

Szanowny Panie Bartoszu Kozłowski, Dziękujemy za podzielenie się swoją opinią. Cieszymy się, że lokalizacja naszego hotelu oraz śniadanie spełniły Pana oczekiwania. The location of the hotel is very nice it is in the center of muscat surrounded by 3 malls avenues mall, grand mall, and mall of oman. And the hotel itself was very nice and quiet and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Finally it felt safe, the hotel itself and the area its in.
