Musik am Pool war zu laut. Tische im Poolbereich waren am Vormittag nicht gereinigt. Reinigung der Zimmer war hervorragend. Der Service an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und effektiv. Das Frühstück sehr gut und das Personal im Frühstücksraum aufmerksam und freundlich

Sehr unbefriedigend war, dass während der abgesagten Flüge durch Drohnenbeschuss keine kostenfreie Verlängerung des Aufenthalts gewährt werden konnte. Das Hotel verwies immer wieder auf Klärung mit der Regierung, die aber nie erfolgte. Letztendlich musste ich alle Zusatzkosten selbst tragen. Aus Sicht des Hotels verstehe ich das aber. Als Urlauber auf der Durchreise war Dubai insgesamt eine Katastrophe, auch wenn man die Umstände berücksichtigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unabhängig von der besonderen Situation verstehe ich nicht, warum bis tief in die Nacht laute Flötenmusik in der Lobby läuft, welche im Zimmer die Nachtruhe stört. Wenn man durch Raketenalarm sowieso nur 3-4h am Stück schläft zehrt das irgendwann an den Nerven. Nach jeweils 2-3 Beschwerden pro Nacht wurde die Musik auch abgestellt, war aber in der nächsten Nacht dann aber wieder an. Jemand hat sich also wohl etwas dabei "gedacht".

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter (durchgängig). Pool selbst ok, mit lifguard on duty - top! ABER. Der Poolbereich selbst und vor allem der Saunabereich dahinter SEHR in die Jahre gekommen… Hier muss dringend was getan werden. Ein kurzer Aufenthalt ist vollkommen ok - einen Urlaub mit Fanilie würde ich da nicht verbringen wollen.
