Beautiful well located hotel, wonderful professional and friendly personnel. After very welcoming registration I have been given a beautiful junior suite and treated with swiss chocolate which was complementary. Great customer service

Stayed here for 2 nights with Gate 1 travel. Wonderful hotel room with a great shower, lots of pressure and hot water. Maid service comes in the morning and evening. Breakfast buffet has everything you would need. I would definitely stay again.

Every member of staff was so helpful. Fairmont should remove the TV in the room that does not stay on for more than 30s

We had an enjoyable stay at The Fairmont. Thank you Lucie & Jordane at Reservation for giving us the rooms requested. Thank you Alexane for arranging the Golden Pass Express tickets and giving us useful information. Breakfast was excellent, well done Mauro and his team. Thank you everyone including the cleaning staff. Will come back again to Fairmont

Great stay but a renovation is needed

My partner and I were celebrating our 4-year anniversary at the hotel. The room and SPA were nice, the dinner at Il Vero was ok (small menu and regular Italian dishes), but we truly enjoyed our time at the bar with music and good cocktails! Even if there were not many people, we had fun by ourselves and nobody was disturbing us. However, the overall impression of the hotel is "old": it needs a renovation!
