Pokój schludny ale niezbyt czysty - przydałaby się renowacja łazienki. Świetna lokalizacja i dostępny parking. Bardzo miłe zaskoczenie z dystrybutora wody gazowanej w lobby - działał szybko i sprawnie.

Do hotelu przyjechaliśmy przed godziną 20.00. W tym czasie parking hotelowy (przed hotelem i w garażu) był już zapełniony. Obsługa zasugerowała znalezienie jakiegoś miejsca w ulicach za hotelem, ale i tam graniczyło to z cudem. Pokój jak pokój, w sam raz dla 4-osobowej rodziny, czysty. jednak ewidentnie nie wietrzony, bo unosił się w nim nieciekawy zapaszek. Nie bardzo rozumiem po co kazano nam zadeklarować godzinę zejścia na śniadanie (podaliśmy 9.00, śniadania są do 10.30) skoro o 9.00 do zjedzenia były jakieś resztki wędlin i sera, a poza jajecznicą nie było już żadnych ciepłych dań. Obsługa uzupełniała tylko pieczywo. Biorąc pod uwagę, że w Mercure śniadania nie należą do tanich, sytuacja, że o 9.00 brak niemal wszystkiego jest, delikatnie rzecz ujmując, żenująca. Plusem jest dyspenser z wodą, do wyboru, gazowaną lub nie. Podsumowując cena jaką trzeba tu zapłacić za jedną noc w odniesieniu do tego, co hotel oferuje jest zdecydowanie zbyt wysoka.

Receptionist was not at all welcoming. First impressions important and she did not leave a good impression albeit she was more helpful later in evening when we needed some assistance. Parking is an issue if you need to use garage. Steep narrow entrance and need advanced driving skills to get into some of the places. The room we had (30) was off the garden seating area- access not from inside hotel. It was somewhat souless, had high ceilings and dimly lit. Not very inviting. Bed was however comfortable. Asked about changing room but advised only rooms available were underground ie this was the better option. Did not have breakfast as over €20 each which felt pricey. There is s nice bakery/cafe around corner and the bus/railway stations just across road. On plus side hotel is centrally located and really close to restaurants and old town. Also liked the glass bottles which you could fill up from a water dispenser in lobby. Good recycling policy although I suspect some people will complain about inconvenience.

Bardzo skromnie. Malutki pokoik, skromne śniadania. Na dwudniowy pobyt jest ok. Odbiega od standardu Novoteli w Polsce, które są o wiele wyższe.
