Ich hatte die Reise vor einigen Monaten zu meinem Geburtstag geplant. Ich habe das Hotel damals eine Email dazu gesendet, aber beim Check-in fühlte ich mich nicht wohl, da das Hotel nicht ausreichend vorbereitet war. Das Essen im Restaurant am ersten Abend hat mir ebenfalls nicht gefallen, und ich würde Sirloin (sehr klein aber teuer im Vergleich mit anderen Speisen) mit Fries nicht empfehlen. Am Abend war das Zimmer kalt; die Heizung funktionierte nicht optimal. Kacper hat sich aufmerksam um mein Anliegen gekümmert und mir geholfen, ein schönes und warmes Zimmer zu finden. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar, und die neue Aussicht ist viel schöner. Am nächsten Morgen hat mich Nina sehr freundlich begrüßt. Nach meinem Spaziergang bekam ich eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit vom Hotel. Natalia an der Rezeption ist ebenfalls eine nette Frau – vielen Dank nochmal, Kacper, Nina und Natalia, ihr habt meinen Tag gerettet! Positiv hervorzuheben: Das Hotel ist insgesamt hübsch eingerichtet, ich mag die Architektur, das Frühstück ist super und man kann frisches Essen vom Menü bestellen. English: I had planned the trip a few months ago for my birthday. I wrote the hotel an email about it at that time, but during check-in I didn’t feel comfortable because the hotel wasn’t adequately prepared. The meal at the restaurant on the first evening also didn’t appeal to me, and I wouldn’t recommend Sirloin (very small but a bit expensive compared with other dishes on the menu) with fries. In the evening the room was cold; the heating didn’t work well. Kacper listened to my concerns and spent much time helping me find a nice and warm room. I am very grateful for that, and the new view is much nicer. The next morning Nina greeted me very warmly. After my walk, I received a small gift from the hotel. Natalia at the reception is also a nice person – many thanks again, Kacper, Nina, and Natalia, you made my day! Positive highlights: The hotel is overall nicely decorated; I like the architecture, breakfast is great, and you can order fresh food from the menu.

Расположение– одно из главных преимуществ: всего несколько минут до песчаного пляжа, знаменитого Mollo в Сопоте, самого длинного деревянного пирса в Европе, и оживлённого променада с кафе и ресторанами. При этом в самом отеле тихо и спокойно, что позволило нам полноценно отдохнуть. Благодаря программе лояльности отеля нам бесплатно повысили категорию, и мы получили просторный, стильно оформленный номер с очень удобной кроватью и приятными дизайнерскими деталями. Чистота, свежесть и внимание к мелочам – всё на высшем уровне. Обслуживание– отдельный комплимент персоналу! Нас встречали с улыбкой и вниманием, чувствовалось, что для сотрудников важно, чтобы гости остались довольны. Почему стоит выбрать Sopot Residents? La nourriture et les boissons étaient très bien préparées et servies de manière magnifique. J'étais enchantée par la qualité des repas servis, tant au niveau du goût que de l'esthétique. La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était très bien aménagée et confortable. Malheureusement, la moquette au sol était tachée à plusieurs endroits, ce qui a quelque peu réduit l'impression générale. La salle de bain était spacieuse et fonctionnelle, ce qui a également contribué au confort de mon séjour. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, très proche de la rue principale de Sopot, Monte Cassino, qui permet d'accéder facilement à la mer. La proximité des attractions et la facilité de déplacement à pied dans les environs sont des atouts indéniables de cet établissement. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel, ce qui en fait un choix idéal pour ceux qui aiment profiter de la gastronomie locale. L'hôtel est situé en plein centre, permettant un accès rapide à la jetée de Sopot et à d'autres attractions balnéaires.
