We are genuinely sorry to see that your overall impression of ibis Styles Batumi was so negative, particularly as you are a frequent guest of ibis hotels worldwide. However, we would also like to clarify that our team made every reasonable effort to accommodate your requests and ensure a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, we were able to welcome you before the standard check-in time, as your room was ready. When you expressed dissatisfaction with the initially assigned room, our team did not disregard your request; we arranged a room change and provided you with a higher room category in an effort to improve your experience. For this reason, it is particularly disappointing for us to learn that these efforts did not meet your expectations. otel oldukça iyi ve temiz , çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü( gürcistanda genelde çok zor bulunan bir şey ) , ulaşım çok kolay , 5 yıldızlı otel konforunda , odamız deniz manzaralı idi , kahvaltı açık büfe değil ama bizce yeterli idi ( menuden istediğinizi seçiyorsunuz ) eksiler oda servisi biz gittiğimizde yoktu sanırım off season olduğundan dolayı .genel olarak oldukça memnun kaldık ve hiç yabancılık çekmedik. kısacası tam bir f/p oteli

Personel tutumu iyiydi, ilk odanın kliması bozuktu başka odaya geçtik oda kullanılmadığı için zor ısındı ve banyo suyu soğuktu. Yemekler ise çok kötüydü her gün 3 öğün soğan halkası ve patates kriket vardı yanında pek bir alternatif bulunmuyordu
