Great location on the Marina. Clean, tidy , great if you like looking at boats. Great view of the break wall which protects the marina. A good choice of a restaurants to choose from downstairs, along with a one man band on the Saturday night we stayed.

I have stayed at many hotels around the world, the staff at the Mantar Mackay from the cleaners to management are the nicest group of people you would ever wish to meet. I am a regular guest, nothing is a problem, they always have a smile & time to chat.

We stayed at Mantra Mackay for seven nights while in Mackay for business. Our room on the fifth floor was excellent with enough room to set up our remote office, had 360 degree views of the harbour and a spa to rejuvenate you at the end of the working day. We dined in the restaurant every night it was open (closed Sunday and Monday) and were not disappointed with the fare - it was brilliant and we couldn't fault the meals, service and beverages. With Accor Plus membership discount on dining the value was exceptional. Will definitely return and highly recommend the Mantra Mackay.

Beautiful location, great room. Overlooking the harbour. Spacious apartment with good facilities. The service was good, friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Interesting and varied menu.
