Terrible buffet breakfast

Had the buffet breakfast one morning while on a business trip. Didn't enjoy the sloppy scambled eggs or the lack of coffee from the coffee machine. One other diner wanted pancakes but the pancakes machine wasn't working due to no mix inside it. For $28, not really worth it. Lousy for a Mecure hotel.

The staff were excellent, but the building and rooms were not up to Mercure standard.

The staff were excellent, but the building and rooms were not up to Mercure standard. Everything was dated and in need of renovating. There is only one lift for the entire building, this is used by guest and staff, this can result in long waits. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

We stayed here for only 1 night. It was a nice hotel, staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good. Fortunately covered car parking. It was comfortable and a good location for a stop over .

Standard motel, had a nice reception and what you would expect of a normal hotel room. Staff were lovely and was able to get a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. The restaurant associated with the hotel had a good dinner menu and buffet breakfast.

Cozy Hotel near the heart of the city, the reception manager Mel and her front desk staff are exceptional in attending to you're every needs. While Restaurant have delicious food my favourite there is their fried rice. The restaurant manager Crystal her team are worth coming back for as they attention to details are top of the game.
