We very much enjoyed our stay with family at this wonderful hotel. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. The bed superb. We enjoyed the wonderful spa facilities, the tapas bar and the restaurant.. Above all the staff (specially at breakfast) were so attentive, friendly and helpful. Just excellent .

Anyone who says this is not a top hotel with a 5 star experience 5 star accommodation 5 star service and 5 star cuisine doesn't know hotels! This is the best hotel stay I've ever had in Europe. The food was excellent The wonderful reception staff the wonderful hotel staff and the wonderful reception staff including the wonderful Mercedes who gets a special mention amongst the dining room staff! Expect me back sometime soon

I visited the terrace restaurant for lunch after a round of golf. I had to seat myself and ask 3 different people for a menu. The waiter that finally arrived didn’t even know what beers were on tap. When the food finally arrived it was cold and poor quality. In addition to the service charge the waiter added a 10% gratuity without informing me which I believe is illegal in Spain. I informed the guest manager Mohamed and Susan the restaurant manager but they didn’t address my concerns and said I should ask for my tip back? Poor quality over priced food and terrible service for what looks like a 5 star hotel.
