For this our first visit to Sardignia, we choose the Palazzo Tirso based in the very positive comments, we read and received from this Hotel. We think that all the good of what we heard was not high enough. The Hotel is magnificent, great architecture, lux infrastructure, very comfortable rooms and very nice and impeccable places to enjoy your stay in the Hotel ( restaurants, spa, bar, etc.). All of this described was really very nice and enjoyable, however, we must underline something that makes this hotel very special....the service was woderful, all the people we met was not just very gentle, warm & kind but also higly efficient & proffesional; they made us feel pleased and special and in that sense we would like to transmitt our deepest thankfullness to all the people in the front desk area, but also at the lobby, bar and restaurants and all the people that took dedicated & friendly care of us during our stay. Special thanks to Virginia, Stephano, Matteo, Luca, Luca, Demetrio, and other which names we don't recall at this moment. Thank you very much! we will be back to this Hotel in our next trip to the lovely city of Cagliari!

Review of Restaurant Terra probably does not belong here, but it was excellent! The hotel itself was superbly appointed, and the staff were unfailingly kind and helpful. Breakfast - an amazing variety of foodstuffs, something for every taste. If I may mention one little gripe - milk was not provided in the room, and we were told that we'd have to ask for room service to get some. We unfortunately do not drink coffee without milk. We might as well have asked for the coffee as well from room service, in which case the coffee-making machine in the room was redundant.

Other than my room facing a wall this hotel stay was excellent. Front desk staff is extremely helpful, food in restaurant was very nice, breakfast buffet was excellent, well done room and hotel is very well msintained

Luxury stay with one tiny flaw

The hotel is really nice and comfortable. The room is simple yet well designed and there is nothing to complain about regarding the service either. Location is excellent too, the hotel is very clean. Breakfast is just fabolous! I would stay again....however: - Pay-to-use wellness area - Wifi is super slow - Netflix usage in room is complicated with Chromecast - Unfortunately we used the room-service the last night. The service was excellent and the food delicious...however I got sick right after. As my spouse works in healthcare and she assumes that the lobster was undercooked and I had a mild bacteria infection because of it. It took only 2 days mild illness, however this is not my expectation in this accommodation category.
