Hotellet er flott og beliggenhet enda flottere 😍 Rommet vi fikk for 14 dager var sletent, 2 ca 120 senger på 2 voksne og 1 barn det var rent men mye skittene flekker og svulmende treverk på badet . Selv om vi bodde 3 stk måtte vi be om 3 håndklær , var kun 2 stoler på balkongen osv, rengjørings mannen var snill og høflig 😊 Mat var ok , servitørene på restaurant var ok . Vi hadde en flott opplevelse på retsturanngen kona kai , der var både kok og servitører på høyeste nivå 👍 Strand baren jobbet guttene som bare det de var snille ,høflige og serviceminded , litt dårlig vasket plastkopper . Når det var ting som måtte klages på var de som jobbet på gulvet suverene men mellom ledere var litt vanskelige også de i resepsjonen , men kom informasjon opp mot toppen ble alt fikses med engang . Stranden var flott 😀 Kiosken var selfølgelig overpriset deluxe 😆 Etter 6 ganger i sharm var det første gang vi hadde trøbbel med magen her eller mindre i 14 dager 🙂 Det var noen skandinaver og engelskmenn resten var russiske 🙂

Ciao sono stata al Montain è devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto ,stanza sempre pulita x i 7 giorni che siamo stati, acqua sempre in frigo e bagno ok. Il cibo chiaramente è quello più o meno internazionale ma non abbiamo patito la fame. Ottimo anche il trattamento in spiaggia con bevande e gelato gratis.Torneremo per provate il Promenade Beach.

Horrible. Viejo no, antiguo, sin mantenimiento. La comida repetitiva y con poco variedad, fruta inexistente. Jugo artificial. Los baños un desastre. El personal antipático y poco servicial, no resuelven nada. Una coca cola la pedí un miércoles, me fui y la sigo esperando. Falta de limpieza en las habitaciones, electrodomésticos rotos. Más de 9hs sin agua en el baño de la habitación. Piscina y playa cierran a las 18hs. Servicio de toallas pésimo. ACCESIBILIDAD NULA, solo escaleras. Hablan italiano y ruso. Inglés nada, español ni hablemos.

El hotel muy maravilloso y la gente muy amable aquí el equipo de animación es muy amable y maravilloso y divertidos es la primera vez que estoy aquí pero estoy muy feliz y Sabrina es una persona muy devertida y simpática

Increible que un hotel de cinco estrellas no tenga opcion sin gluten. Realmente mal. La unica opcion es desayunar fruta. Inaceptable en hoteles de esta categoria. Sobre todo habiendo avisado de mi intolerancia. Al avisar, la unica respuesta es: una sonrisa y : no hay, sorry.
