However, we regret that there was a language barrier encountered during your interaction with our reception staff and that the restaurant recommendations did not meet your needs, particularly on a Sunday. Our team is generally known for their attentive and helpful service, and it's disappointing to hear that this was not your experience. We will reflect on this unfortunate exchange as we continuously aim to enhance our guest service.
