Comfortable accommodation but not the best location

Hotel located in a quiet area of Paris and not an ideal location for walking distance access to most major tourist attractions. Rooms varied in size over 2 stays at beginning and end of our tour, but all in all were functional but not spacious. Air conditioning appeared to be centrally controlled and temperatures varied from comfortable to warm/uncomfortable. One bottle of water provided daily and there is a refill machine in lobby which is well patronised. No toiletries provided other than 2 liquid soap dispensers and another luggage rack would have been helpful. Breakfast was ok with limited variety and would not recommend the scrambled eggs which were watery. Staff were very friendly and obliging and early check in at 9.30 am was greatly appreciated after a long flight.

Excellent except breakfast

Stayed here for a long weekend over the Paris marathon. Location of hotel was excellent, close to several tube stations. Rooms were good with good WiFi and helpful staff. What let this down was the breakfast service in the morning. There was one member of staff at breakfast to serve and take room numbers etc and i think they needed more help. There were no plates or Bowls both mornings we got there, they had ran out, so we had to ask for more, during which they only brought one out, rather than replace for everyone. Same happened with bread and crepes. Food was good but allow time!

Atrocious and disrespectful customer service, be careful!

Customer service is a joke at this hotel - we checked in and went for a meal, came back and the aircon is not working! Called the reception and person at the desk says “yes it’s for all rooms in the hotel sorry we cannot do anything “ - it is boiling hot in the room and the customer service is atrocious, not even a proper apology , not doing anything to make us feel at ease - all he had to say was “yes a lot of rooms are complaining “, please spend your money on a better hotel!

Nous sommes au mois de mars et non en plein été. De plus je suis allé contrôler la chambre à votre départ ce jour lundi 10 mars 2025 à 10h50 et tout fonctionne correctement sans aucun soucis. Bonjour, Merci pour votre commentaire. Concernant la climatisation, il ne faut pas ouvrir les fenêtres de la chambre et régler le thermostat sur 19 degrés et tout fonctionne correctement. Nous sommes au mois de mars et non en plein été. De plus je suis allé contrôler la chambre à votre départ ce jour lundi 10 mars 2025 à 10h50 et tout fonctionne correctement sans aucun soucis.
