Regarding your car incident, as clearly indicated on the street before entering the hotel, the main avenue is closed for roadworks, therefore parking is not permitted on the street where the hotel is located. There are explanatory signs. And, if you inquire at reception, you will be informed of this situation. We regret your experience.
