This is probably the best stay at a hotel ive had. I cam for my 4 year anniversary with my boyfriend. I booked rose petals for in the room and the put prosecco in the room which i didnt even ask for which was lovely! The hotel is so aesthetically pleasing in looks. The breakfast has a very wide range of choose with fresh honey comb and bread. The staff are very help full and have great customer service skills. The rooms there selves are gorgeous very clean and apealing. The beds are that comfy when we arrived me and my partner had a 14hr sleep 😴 couldnt recommended this hotel enough. Its close to the ocean and has resteaunts a 3 minutes walk away. Thank you to the lovely staff for making are stay special we shall be back! ❤️

We have just returned from a 3 night stay, four of us stayed. I have to say the hotel is in a great location, has a great ambience. The staff are excellent nothing was too much trouble. We asked to change a room to a twin Miguel had one ready in 10 minutes. If your looking for something just away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm this is the place, a short walk and you are in the old town. Breakfast, plenty of choice and the bar and pool areas are spotless and inviting.

Wonderful hotel. An oasis in Benidorm. Lovely spacious grounds and pool. The hotel itself is very comfortable and facilities are excellent. Breakfast was great too. Thankyou Miguel and all for a brilliant service .Friendly efficient and nothing too much trouble.

If you're reading this and have already booked your stay at Mercure... RELAX. You won't regret it! If you're reading this and haven't booked yet.... BOOK IT! The hotel is absolutely perfect if you like a place spotlessly clean with pleasant helpful staff, good food and comfortable beds. Ideal location for the nicer side of Benidorm. Peaceful and beautiful. Lovely grounds, comfortable sunbeds, plenty of shade when it's hot and great bar snack. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and different items each day. Looking forward to returning!

Modern but lacks good service at breakfast.

Modern hotel but lacks good service Bedrooms are small due to awful room layout (huge round shower in the middle) comfy bed though. Sun beds were soaked as it had rained so could not use. Tables were not cleared quick enough in the restaurant people were asking for them to be cleared which was a real shame. It’s a good 20 minute walk to old town if you’re fit! We did feel it was out of the way, as it’s 40 minutes to new town as well. Breakfast is ok if you like continental as the bacons rubbery and beans are not tasty, eggs are fine. Takes 4 attempts to get lightly browned toast. Apart from this it’s an ok hotel.
