Sadece lalezar restoranlardaki garson çok yetersiz ve suratsız. The mangal garson ve et pişiren şef çokk çok ii sürekli ilgilendi memnunsunuz başka bişi istermisiniz

Geçtiğimiz Agustos ayında gelip çok beğenip 9 kişilik ekiple geldik ama o kadar rezil olmuş ki asla gelmeyin. Oteli en az iki kat büyütmüşler ve tek bir resepsiyon kullaniyorlar. Odamızı leş gibi kokan bir şekilde teslim ettiler, gidip kalamam deyince de 1.5 saat ayakta bekletip bu sefer de pis bir oda verdiler ve tüm günümüzü kasa sorunu ve temizlikle mahvettiler. Denizde boş şezlong bulmanız imkansız, saatlerce mahvoluyorsunuz sıcakta oradan oraya yönlendirip duruyorlar. Gelmeyin paranıza da yazik etmeyin!

Otel güzel, konum güzel, yemek kalitesi güzel, içecek kalitesi güzel, odalar güzel. Kısaca otel güzel. Hatta bir sonraki sene Ocak ayı tatilimde Rixos otelindeyim. Elemanlara gelince herkes ekmeğinde. İlgililer. Arap ülkesi ama İngilizce her yerde geçerli. Yemeğiniz bitince daha 1 dakika bile olmadan masanız tertemiz. Ortak tuvaletlerde ise biri çıkınca hemen arkanızdan tertemiz. Havuzda, denizde, yemekte, animasyonda, lobide kısaca heryerde asla içeceğinizi kendiniz almıyorsunuz. Sürekli servis ve sürekli ilgi alaka. Resepsiyon personeli Mısır mı Ayşe hanıma deyinmeden geçemeceğim. Çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. En ufak bir yardıma ihtiyacımız olduğunda sürekli yanımızdaydı. Böyle insanlar keşke her zaman yanımızda olsalar.
