Our stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find our parking spot reserved, accompanied by a thoughtful welcome letter, a complimentary bottle of fine wine, and refreshing bottled water. The seamless check-in process, delicious breakfast, and flexible late check-out made our experience truly memorable. The staff’s attention to detail and hospitality were outstanding, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay. The room is clean and comfortable, the restaurant has very good Indian food, and the waiter is extremely kind. BUT, the hotel only has about 15 parking spaces, totally insufficient for the accommodation capacity. In addition, the Romanian receptionist has a behavior that is not at the level of a hotel in the Mercure chain. These aspects really spoil your joy.

Food and coffee are very good. It is a good hotel but the parking is not managed very good. Don’t have fitness room. The staff is open for clients.

Het geeft je te denken dat dit nummer 4 is van alle hotels in Galati, het is een gedateerd hotel alhoewel de receptie een andere indruk geeft. Waarschijnlijk had ik een oude kamer en wordt het geheel gerenoveerd. Alles was wel aanwezig en schoon. Ontbijt was prima in orde, niet heel uitgebreid maar wel voldoende.

Het spijt ons te horen dat uw verblijf niet volledig aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Me and 6 of my friends slept in the hotel for 2 nights in 7 different rooms. The hotel is good. The rooms are nice and clean. The toilets and the shower are small. The breakfast is OK. The staff are very kind. The location is good and the hotel has a parking. Good hotel to stay in Galati
