Best experience in years to be honest. Value for money, excellent choices for breakfast and lunch/dinner compared to the more expensive out options. Diana in particular outstanding and really customer focused oriented, pleasant and professional !

I can understand workforce shortage and I’m ok with hiring people from all over the world. But having employees at front desk in a hotel, receptionists, all foreigners, none speaking Romanian, just one speaking not even basic English is not acceptable. So, we had to use signs to make ourselves understood by the hotel staff. The rooms are small, the furniture is cheap and can hardly fit in. For instance, the chair is a plastic one that does not fit under the desk and you don’t have space to cross. You literally have to go over the bed to reach the window. At least is clean.

Das hotel liegt im Zentrum von Galati. Mehrere Bars und Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Donau Promenade ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, Einrichtung ist gut in Schuss und relativ neu. Zum Frühstück gibt es Buffet was in Ordnung ist

Nice Ibis Style city center with large terrace , qualitative breakfast and talkative staff at reception . Room was clean and all comfort. Food menu was good and tasty with effiscient service. Well located so i will definately come back with friends and family!

Clean hotel room. The hotel offers decent, wide range of choice breakfast and in general friendly- nice staff. I would recommend the hotel for friends /family occasion but also for business if you are going to Romania. Ibis quality can be recognized.
