I had a wonderful experience staying at Mercure hotel Bakarköy. Beautiful street life. Access to metro and lokal transport within one kilometer.

My stay was super comfortable. The staff is very friendly & professional. They give very good suggestions and are very helpful which i highly valued and appreciated 🙏🏼. The room cleanliness and service was on point. Its quite and has all the facilities to have a quite evening after a long day. The hotel location is close to the station which makes it easy to navigate the city. The Atakoy marina is very close by perfect for a sunset walks.

Stayed here when i visited Istanbul on a 3 night business trip. Price was good , location was also good and stay was uneventful and happened without any surprises or ,major issues. The only thing i did not like was while being an ALL Diamond member i requested for a late check out till 4 pm they were very reluctant to accept my request. This is something i did not like ...rest of the stay was fair. Barring the late check out the front office staff was very friendly and co-operative. Breakfast staff was great ...

I am from Canada visiting my family and doing touristic visits in Turkey. This Hotel is a gem in Istanbul . Hotel room is very clean - The cleaning ladies are amazing. Front desk staff is very nice and professional. I am an animal lover, volunteering for stray cats in Canada, also donating to Online organizations that work on cats being spayed in Turkey - The staff looks after a beautiful kitty that was loved by all guests I was friends with during my stay - Her name is Sibel, so you might see her during your visit here. She is an honorary worker here greeting guests, make sure to take a Selfie with this kitty 🐈 when you're here! Getting around is very easy - Uber is here too but one thing that's important to know - When you call Uber here, the App only shows the Taxi fare - You'll need to make a separate pay to the Taxi drivers cause Uber doesn't charge on your credit card - It merely calls you a yellow Uber approved cab. Overall , I was very pleased with this Mercure Hotel in Istanbul Turkey.
