The survey very good and they survey a big breakfast and they taking care of you if you looking for transportation . They do laundry ,too. But it costs. If you looking for a great survey I recommend Julia.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was perfect, but what truly made our stay special was the quality of the service. A huge thank you to Julia for her incredible kindness, her caring attitude, and her faultless professionalism. She was very attentive and made our experience truly memorable. We also want to warmly thank the entire breakfast team and especially Sahin. The service was highly professional, with attentive staff ensuring everything was perfect to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel in Istanbul for its comfort, but above all for its amazing staff.

Was a smooth stay and a great experience. Everything is well taken care of down to the smallest details. The breakfast has a good variety and my favourite part of the breakfast is the beautiful seating and the unique waiter, Shahin, he’s lovely and very cooperative and positive. Definitely coming back again.

It was a good experience and the place is really luxurious. The food is amazing and everything is served fresh. The customer service also was Amazing and specifically Shahin was a great waiter. He jokes and makes sure that he leaves you with a smile :))
